BFF is all about customer satisfaction. Happy customers are our number one priority; all customer concerns will be prioritized and resolved as soon as possible.
All orders leaving BFF premises will be inspected for defaults, correct colour, size and delivery instructions to ensure nothing but flawless service.
BFF will not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances out of BFF’s control.BFF advice’s that all orders should be inspected as soon as delivery is made to make sure your order is correct, and without fault. If an order has a discrepancy, you have a 7 day return policy.
Emails should be sent to email@example.com informing us about the discrepancy, and we will be happy to refund or exchange your order. If communication is not made via email within the 7 days of delivery the return policy will expire and the 7 day window period will close. Returns will then not be accepted.
For returns, send items back to the following address. 26 Ansell Street Rewlatch 2190 Johannesburg.All returned orders should be in the original packaging. All Items should be returned in an unused, perfect condition with all labels still attached. Items that have been worn, damaged or without all labels attached will be returned back to the customer.
When returning an item make sure it is appropriately packaged so it may not with stand any further damage.
Once you return your shoes, one of two things can happen:
– A refund of the total amount is paid back into your bank account, or
– We exchange the shoes, and send you a different size or colour etc
If BFF is unable to fulfil your order by any circumstances we will contact you and reimburse you the amount paid in full.
